Reccoo LMS

A Modular, User-Centered Platform with a Flexible Core.

Reccoo LMS is a custom-built learning management system created as an extension of Reccoo’s bespoke training program for midsized companies. Designed to support both recent graduates and mid-career professionals, the LMS offers personalized learning paths, progress tracking, and company onboarding.

As the lead designer I was in charge of leading discovery and UI/UX for the project over 1 year. Along with design I was also in charge of team health and management on day to day and personal quarterly reviews.

UI System

I created a clean, vibrant interface built around easy-to-read typography and flexible, scalable components. I also built the design system from the ground up, defining the foundations, documenting patterns, and creating reusable components that made the product faster to build, easier to maintain, and visually consistent across every touchpoint.

End Product

The product was released internally for 10 mentors and 2000 users to begin. It supports personalized learning paths tailored to user career stages, with more content being made throughout the year to keep up with current company initiatives.

We continued to have:

  • Frequent user interviews to test out new features and discover new ones for next milestones.

  • Ongoing iteration based on real-time analytics and user feedback.

Our agile design approach and continuous user testing ensured the product could evolve with the organization’s needs.
